Mike Gassewitz, CEO

With more than 20 years of networking experience, Mike has served as VP, Strategic Planning at Alcatel-Lucent’s IP division; President and CEO of optical networking company Meriton Networks; and Chief Technology Officer of Newbridge Networks’ Switching and Routing Division.

John Saull, CFO

John is a professional accountant with over 20 years of experience including senior financial positions at Newbridge Networks (now Alcatel-Lucent), Arthur Andersen & Co. and KPMG.  John was also a founding partner of Venture Coaches Fund LP, a Canadian based venture capital firm.

Sam Farsad, VP, R&D and Applications

With over 15 years experience in security and networking, Sam led product development and engineering teams when he served as VP, Engineering and more recently CEO for ConSentry; VP, Software Engineering at Extreme Networks; and Director, Engineering at Nortel Networks.

Dorothy Tse, VP, Media and Advertising Operations

Dorothy has ten years of experience in product management, sales engineering and operations for industry leaders Yahoo!, Doubleclick and Conducive where she directed several revenue-generating product and application initiatives.

Brendan Ziolo, VP, Marketing

With over 12 years of security and technology marketing experience, Brendan has launched several start-ups and built their brands when he held senior marketing roles with Sipera, Certicom, Espial and TimeStep (acquired by Newbridge Networks).
